by commissioning me, you agree to these tos below. they are subject to change, and any change will reflect for every commission - whether it was in the past, present or future.violations of these tos may result in a warning - further violations will result an entry on my blacklist (unless there is an extreme case in which you may be blacklisted without warning.) persons mentioned on said blacklist are not permitted to purchase any of my art, designs/characters or are to contact me.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
payment is through paypal invoices only, in USD.
account must be yours; not someone else's (unless i know you.)
invoice is sent after you fill out the form provided and i accepted your commission.
refunds in full are only available if i have not started on your piece after 1 month.
refunds are not available after a sketch wip has been shown.

updates can be found on my trello, which is updated regulary.
i will send a wip of the sketch, if you would like more wips, please let me know!

REPOSTING
you may repost your commission to your own personal account as well as use it for any personal uses you see fit for it, but please provide proper credit.
if you aren't the owner of the character(s) in the artwork, do not repost the image. it's not yours.
